Bare Agricultural Land Values Rise But Farms Continue To Fall

Smiths Gore's latest research reveals that the farmland market is returning to a more normal pattern after the unusual activity of 2008.

The value of bare agricultural land increased by 2% while the value of equipped farms fell by over 6% in the same period.
