Equipped farmland values increase as smaller farms are marketed....

"The values of equipped farms have risen for the first time in over a year according to our latest research" says Dr Jason Beedell.

The average size of farms that have been marketed this quarter is much lower than in the previous quarter and the amount of land for sale in England has tailed off recently.
