The Farmland Market is still in its winter slumber but there are signs that the spring slush is on its way...

The farmland market has got off to a slow start this year and the lack of farms for sale is chronic. Prices are being supported by the lack of supply and by increasing demand from farmers, investors and amenity buyers.

We expect more land to be marketed in the next six weeks as the spring market takes off.
