Oxford Partner leads team in the Gurkha Challenge...

Oxford based Partner, Giles Wordsworth, led a team of four in the recent Trailwalkers UK Challenge (colloquially known as the Gurkha Challenge). The team included Gavin Parkhouse, Dai Jones, Ben Morton and the intrepid Giles Wordsworth and they were assisted by their glamorous wives who were on hand with food and water at various check points across the course.

The 100 km course takes place across the South Downs and has to be completed in less than 30 hours; Giles and the team managed an impressive 24 hours and 55 minutes.

The event, which is expected to raise more than £1 million pounds, will greatly help the work of both Oxfam and the Gurkha Welfare Trust's work around the world.
