Smiths Gore is one of the leading firms of rural chartered surveyors in the UK. An opportunity has arisen to join our ambitious team based in Fochabers.  We are seeking to recruit an RICS qualified rural surveyor to assist in the management of retained client estates and professional work.

 Supporting one of the partners you will be responsible for a wide range of rural property and have direct client contact.  The role involves the provision of estate management services for prestigious institutional and private clients. They expect innovation and change to march hand in hand with the highest standards of traditional estate management and you will help us exceed their expectations.

 We are seeking a vigorous individual who works comfortably in a team and wants to demonstrate the ability to coordinate the provision of client services. You will need to be exhibit strong people skills. We value highly strong reasoning powers, an eye for an opportunity and the tenacity to see tasks through to completion.  Familiarity with Scottish law is of benefit but not a prerequisite
