Provision of a new private house within the garden of the client’s house, over four floors.
A stream running through the site provided a challenge which has been incorporated into the design. Smiths Gore provided a full design specification and contract administration for the client.

This project includes the demolition of a poorly constructed part Mundic bungalow on two storeys with various extensions. The original bungalow dates from the 1940’s and is of timber frame construction with elements of Mundic blockwork.
