We have an experienced client accounting team of 25, who provide day-to-day management of clients’ accounts. Our team is based from two of our larger offices, Peterborough and Dumfries, and together we manage accounts for over 600 clients and a rent roll of over £44 million.
The work we do is confidential and sensitive and we're keen not to become an anonymous call centre. That's why we provide you with a named individual, who will be responsible for managing your accounts on a day-to-day basis. Each member of the team benefits from the back up and support of a team leader. We structure our teams into the specialisms of private estates, farms, national clients and rent collection only clients. This allows us to share knowledge and build expertise, particularly for private estates where accounting can be complex.
