When creating a series of maps, we advise you to create a 'spatial database' for the estate. This stores information on properties, tenancies, woodland and ownership. If you're already a client, the information can be taken directly from our own estate management system. We can also take the information from your own system, or set about creating the database from your hard copy documents. We also offer the option to include woodland management and utilities information on your maps.
For maximum accuracy in our mapping, we cross reference our maps with those of Ordnance Survey MasterMap. This gives you the reassurance that all boundaries, buildings, roads, rivers and all land types, including woodland, are correctly plotted on the maps.
