Published: 18 May 2009
Renovation and upgrade of a Grade 2 Listed Jacobean mansion, providing modern plumbing, heating and electrical installations and also new bedroom/bathroom suites and kitchen.
Initially a full condition survey of the property was carried out which identified extensive asbestos insulation to the existing and heating; and also other major repairs required, including lead, flat roofs, stone work, chimney stacks.
Detailed specifications for the electrical and plumbing installation were prepared, quotations were obtained and contractors appointed.
We have also been appointed as Project Managers for the major redecoration and refurbishment of the main house. The works are ongoing.
