Our tenant finding service would usually include a visit to the property to assess rental levels and to discuss with you any specific requirements you might have. We also advise on your legal obligations and make recommendations on how to present the house at its best. We will normally advertise properties in the press as well as on this website and other specialist property finder websites. In most cases we will accompany viewings and, upon selection of a suitable tenant, will take up references, prepare a detailed inventory, schedule of condition and draw up the necessary agreements. We will deal with completion and collect a deposit which we can hold in accordance with current statutory requirements.
Our full management service will usually include tenant finding, dealing with any maintenance issues that arise, a regular visit to the property, rent collection, and a statement of account at a frequency and in a form agreed with you. We will monitor rent payments and pursue any arrears.
