Devised to import Terrier data from management records, the programme has the ability to calculate vacant possession values, estimated rental values and market values. It also has the advantage of holding other criteria including condition, development opportunities, tenant ages etc. A key feature of the valuation programme is that it is designed for mixed portfolios, so that clients can analyse their properties by different categories and sub categories. From a technical point of view, we have also devised a series of standard checks to minimise human error from calculations.
